Before update to the most current version it is recommended to make a backup copy of the entire folder with the software.
You can not roll back to the previous version automatically. It is possible only if you have the installation file of the previous version, in this case you can install it in a new folder and enter the software using your login and password. We do not store installation files of the previous versions.
To avoid errors at the update it is necessaty to make sure, that:
1. The software is not installed in Program files (it is strongly not recommended)
2. The software is added to the list of trusted application for all antiviruses and firewalls.
3. You don't use a proxy connection, and if you do, its' parameters are set right (you can set it at the software entrance window).
